🔄 Returns & Exchanges

At PAW.Q, we are committed to delivering high-quality products for your adventures

To maintain hygiene and safety, we operate under the following returns policy:

  1. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order
  2. Exchanges due to sizing are accepted. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs
  3. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping), which can be used towards future purchases at PAW.Q
  4. If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details
  5. For verified faulty products, we will offer a free replacement or store credit

✅ To be eligible for any return or exchange:

  1. Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
  2. Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order
  3. Store Credit will be issued once returned items pass inspection
  4. If the returned products do not meet our quality check requirements, the products will be returned to you.
