🔄 Returns & Exchanges
At PAW.Q, we are committed to delivering high-quality products for your adventures
To maintain hygiene and safety, we operate under the following returns policy:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. Please choose carefully before placing your order
- Exchanges due to sizing are accepted. Customers are responsible for all return and re-shipping costs
- Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a Store Credit equivalent to the product value (excluding shipping), which can be used towards future purchases at PAW.Q
- If your item arrives faulty or damaged, please contact us within 7 days with photos and order details
- For verified faulty products, we will offer a free replacement or store credit
✅ To be eligible for any return or exchange:
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and with all tags attached
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving the order
- Store Credit will be issued once returned items pass inspection
- If the returned products do not meet our quality check requirements, the products will be returned to you.
